Project Manager
Autonomously able to manage a complete project from onset through completion.
Read and understand construction specifications and blueprints. Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings. Prepare and track master project budgets.
They are highly organized and can identify and manage multiple priorities at once. Understanding of technical requirements for various project types. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Degree qualified – preferably within a construction-related discipline
Five years of minimal experience in project management
Assistant Project Manager
Coordinating with different departments to ensure projects are completed on time. This role is also responsible for performing administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, building estimates, and scheduling meetings as needed. Work with various teams and stakeholders to monitor project progress and provide oversight to ensure projects are completed promptly and within budget. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to the hiring industry may be preferred.
Depending on the industry, industry-specific certificates and licenses may be necessary or preferred. 1-3 years of proven and successful experience in the construction industry. Verifiable leadership experience and capabilities, with past successful project execution. Ability and desire to work collaboratively to ensure successful project execution. Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Programs. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Internship Program
Great Internship Opportunity to work with a construction management design+build firm. We have a diverse portfolio that provides you the ability to learn all stages of the projects. Copper Hill is searching for college juniors, seniors, recent undergraduates, or graduates seeking an opportunity to gain hands-on experience.
Minimum two years of college completed from an accredited four-year college or university in project management, construction management, civil engineering, or a similar curriculum.
